Free Range Geese; traditionally reared and hand plucked on our farm overlooking the Wye Valley.
Our Geese are hatched in the
Spring Our and are fed on a GM and additive free cereal diet. They mature gently on our rich Welsh pasture to
produce a
succulent bird with a distinctive flavour for you to enjoy at Christmas
time.
As an alternative to the traditional Goose why

Three Bird Roast! A boned Welsh Goose, stuffed with Duck, Chicken and a
variety of sumptuous stuffings makes the perfect centre piece for any
special occasion.
